Robust cable tray for demanding installations

This SKS 110/500/1.5 steel cable tray, 3 meters long, is designed to create safe and durable cable routes. Its construction, made of high-quality steel and protected with galvanized coating, guarantees corrosion resistance and mechanical damage – even in harsh environmental conditions. The tray is particularly recommended for industrial applications, public utility facilities, and anywhere high load capacity and reliability are required.

Construction and mounting

The SKS tray is characterized by a height of 110 mm and a width of 500 mm, offering ample space for cables. Mounting perforation in the bottom part and side perforation facilitate solid attachment to the substrate and adaptation to the specifics of the installation. The support spacing can be adjusted from 1.5 to 4 meters, providing flexibility during cable route design. Connectors are included in the set, simplifying the assembly of subsequent sections. Material thickness (1.5 mm) ensures adequate structural rigidity.

Strength and safety

The tray has been subjected to load tests in accordance with IEC 61537 standard (Type II), confirming its strength and safety of use. The safe working load varies depending on the support spacing: at 1.5 m spacing it is 3000 N/m, at 2.0 m – 2400 N/m, at 2.5 m – 1760 N/m, at 3.0 m – 1200 N/m, and at 4.0 m – 800 N/m. The useful cross-section of the tray is as much as 54800 mm², allowing for the free routing of a large number of cables. The weight of the tray is approximately 7.8 kg per meter of length. Remember to select appropriate supports depending on the load and spacing.
