Flush-mounted junction box for electrical installations – reliability and safety

This deep flush-mounted junction box, with a depth of 66 mm, is designed for mounting in walls and provides a solid base for sockets, switches and other electrical installation components. Made of durable plastic, it guarantees durability and resistance to mechanical damage. Its versatility makes it suitable for both new construction and the modernization of existing installations.

Construction and functionality

The box is characterized by a well-thought-out design that simplifies and speeds up installation. It has as many as 13 inlets, including combined cable glands for cables with a diameter of 20/25 mm, as well as additional inlets with smaller diameters (20 mm and 14 mm). Flexible protrusions in the holes allow adaptation to different diameters of M20 or M25 cable glands – a great convenience when choosing the right accessories. Additionally, the box has inlets at the back, which increases the flexibility of cable routing.

It is worth noting the patented bayonet lock allowing stable connection of several boxes in a row – an ideal solution for creating extensive installations. Four screw domes with three holes each allow precise positioning of the equipment in the vertical or horizontal plane, compensating for any inaccuracies during drilling holes in the wall. Mounting is done with screws or expansion, giving a lot of freedom of choice.

Safety and compliance with standards

The box is made of halogen-free plastic, which means no toxic fumes are released during a fire – this is crucial for user safety. It meets the IP30 standard, providing basic protection against accidental contact and the ingress of solid objects larger than 2.5 mm. It is compatible with pipes with a diameter of 20/25 mm.
