This Type 2 surge protector is a key element ensuring the safety and reliability of your electrical installation. Thanks to its high surge current discharge capacity of up to 40 kA (8/20) per pole, it provides effective protection against the effects of lightning strikes and overvoltages from the power grid. Replaceable inserts with a dynamic disconnecting device and optical indication of damage facilitate maintenance and servicing. Mechanical locking of the inserts protects against accidental ejection during operation or transport.

The rated AC voltage is 230 V, and the maximum continuous operating AC voltage is 280 V. The protection level of 1.3 kV provides effective protection against overvoltages of various origins. The ability to connect wires with a cross-section of up to 35 mm² makes the surge protector suitable for both new and modernized installations.
