Wall-ceiling bracket for cable systems
The TP bracket is designed for mounting cable tray systems on concrete ceilings and walls. The bracket's construction allows for stable and safe routing of wires and cables, both in internal and external installations. Made of stainless steel, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance, which is particularly important in demanding industrial and commercial environments.
Construction and application
The bracket is characterized by a solid construction, designed to work with profiles up to 100 mm wide. Its versatility makes it suitable for various electrical, telecommunications and other cable systems. Thanks to the possibility of mounting on both concrete ceilings and walls, it offers flexibility in choosing the route of the wires. When mounting profiles directly to the ceiling or joining them to reinforce the head, it is recommended to use a DS 4 type spacer element to ensure additional stability.
Key features and benefits
- Durability and resistance: Made of stainless steel (grade 304 – 1.4301) guarantees long-term operation even in difficult environmental conditions.
- Versatility: Possibility of mounting on concrete ceilings and walls increases the range of applications.
- Compatibility: Adapted to work with profiles 100 mm wide.
- Simple installation: Enables quick and efficient installation of cable tray system elements.
- Mechanical strength: Provides safe support for wires and cables of a certain weight (up to 0.55 kN depending on the bracket length).
- Raw state: The raw surface allows you to adapt the finish to the specifics of the project or aesthetic requirements.
Information on the relationship between length and load capacity: for brackets with a length of 145 mm, the load capacity is 1.5 kN, for 245 mm – 0.9 kN, and for 345 mm – 0.55 kN.
It is important to choose the appropriate anchors for the substrate – the maximum load of the bracket depends on the type of anchor and the concrete class (for C20/25 concrete). Detailed information on loads can be found in the manufacturer's technical documentation.
