This portable socket, designated as Turbo Shark 16A, is a robust solution for powering devices in demanding conditions. Design and functionality

The socket has an IP44 protection class, which means effective protection against splashing water. Made of durable PA6 plastic, it is impact-resistant and ensures long-term operation. Screw terminals allow for secure and quick connection of cables with a cross-section of 1-2.5 mm², adapted to standard wire diameters. The red color of the housing indicates a voltage of 400V (50+60 Hz) in accordance with EN 60309-2. Cable entry is through a cable gland, and plugs can be inserted straight in.

The socket is compatible with standardized products from various CEE manufacturers, increasing its versatility. Additionally, the quick-closing system and tool-free mounting significantly facilitate installation and use. Color coding of the protective earth (PE – green), neutral (N – blue) and phase (L – gray) contacts ensures correct connection and increases safety.

The socket is characterized by a rated current of 16A and has 4 poles (3P+Z). The position indicator of the protective contact is 6h, which guarantees adequate protection against electric shock.
