Transformer for HPL, HPI, and SON-H lamps

This is an electromagnetic transformer designed exclusively for powering high-pressure lamps of the HPL, HPI (Plus), and SON-H types with a power of 250 W. It does not support other types of light sources — it does not work with TC-D, T7, T16, LS, HS, or any other lamps except those listed. It is a simple, conventional model without dimming functions — it has no inputs for DALI, 0-10 V, triacs, or any other control systems.

Construction and mounting

The enclosure is sealed — it protects internal components against moisture and dust, increasing reliability in harsh environmental conditions. Dimensions: 134 mm length, 76 mm width, and 65 mm height. Mounting points are located 113 mm apart — a standard distance for this type of transformer, facilitating installation in existing luminaires. Wires are connected via screw terminals — there are no push-in connectors or quick-mount options.

Compliance and operating conditions

Compliant with CE and ENEC standards. Rated voltage: 230–240 V, frequency: 50 Hz. It has no IP protection rating — it is not intended for installation in locations exposed to direct contact with water or dust. It does not handle capacitive or inductive loads — it cannot be connected to dimmers or control circuits. It has no voltage relief function — external circuit design is required.

It is a system component — it does not operate independently. It must be used only with 250 W HPL/HPI/SON-H lamps. No capability for light control or regulation. Simple, solid, without unnecessary features — exactly as a transformer should be in industrial applications.
