Insulating connection strip – reliable connections in electrical installations

The LPI-14 insulating connection strip is an element used for safe and orderly connection of wires in electrical circuits. It finds application in both live, neutral and protective conductor installations. Its construction, based on an insulating body with a brass connection strip, guarantees solidity and durability of connections. Available in green color, which facilitates identification in the installation.

Construction and mounting – flexibility and ease of installation

The LPI-14 strip has been designed with ease of installation in mind. The possibility of mounting on a DIN TH-35 mm mounting rail, as well as directly to the substrate using screws, provides a wide range of adaptation to different installation conditions. In addition, the strip cover has slots for DK-type markers and digital designation of individual connection tracks – this facilitates wire identification and ensures installation clarity. The ability to connect strips using Ws-type brackets allows for creating BLPI insulating blocks, increasing functionality and order in control cabinets.

Technical parameters and scope of application – adaptation to needs

The LPI-14 strip allows connection of up to 14 wires with a cross-section from 1.5 mm² to 10 mm² (stranded with or without a ferrule) and 1.5 mm² to 16 mm² (solid). The rated current of the strip is 101 A at a rated voltage of 400 V. The insulating material (thermoplastic) is characterized by high resistance to mechanical and chemical damage, and the flammability class V2 provides additional safety of use. A wide range of operating temperatures (-25°C to +100°C) allows the strip to be used in various environmental conditions. Made with screw connections ensures a secure and durable connection of wires.
