It is a single‑throw limit switch with a dome push actuator mechanism, designed for operation in harsh environmental conditions. The housing made of metal and powder‑coated provides resistance to corrosion, impacts and contaminants – ideal for industry, machinery and production lines.

Electrical connection is made via a fixed cable, eliminating the need for additional connectors and shortening installation time. The internal contact is normally closed, and the switching function is a delayed contact – meaning the switching occurs after a short delay, reducing the risk of over‑voltage during rapid mechanical movements.

Resistance and safety in extreme conditions

Protection rating IP67 guarantees full sealing against dust and temporary immersion in water – the switch operates reliably even during machine washing or in humid environments. Operating temperature range from -25°C to 70°C allows use both in freezers and near engines or furnaces.

Forced opening ensures that the contact does not remain “latched” – the mechanism always returns to its initial state after the force on the actuator is removed. This is crucial for the safety of automatic operations.

Load operation – precise current parameters

The switch supports various voltages and currents, making it universal: it can operate at 24 V AC up to 5 A, 125 V AC up to 3 A, 230 V AC up to 1.5 A, and in DC circuits – from 0.1 A at 230 V DC to 1.1 A at 24 V DC. These values are not arbitrary – they are selected so that the switch safely handles both small control circuits (e.g., PLC) and medium loads in AC systems. It is not a switch for high‑power motor control – but it is perfectly suited for end‑position signalling or disconnecting control circuits.
