Limit switch with roller plunger and connection cable is designed for industrial use, where not only accuracy but also durability matters. The metal housing, powder‑coated, protects the interior from dust, moisture and mechanical damage – all with an IP67 protection rating. There’s no need to worry about leaks or interference, even during intensive cleaning or operation in humid environments.

The roller plunger operates smoothly, without jamming – ideal for contacts with moving machine parts. Forced disconnection guarantees that the contact opens even if the mechanism is misadjusted or damaged. This is not just a safety feature – it ensures the circuit will not close unintentionally.

The delayed contact allows gentle switching – no sudden current spikes that could damage the circuit. It operates correctly at various voltages: up to 5 A at 24 V AC, 3 A at 125 V AC, and even 1.1 A at 24 V DC. For low DC voltages (230 V DC) it handles up to 0.1 A – making it versatile for controlling small electronic loads.

Operating temperature from –25 °C to +70 °C means it can be mounted both in cold rooms and near motors or thermal processes. It has no status indicator – but that is not a drawback. In industrial installations additional feedback is often unnecessary; reliable operation is sufficient.

This is not a safety‑circuit switch – it lacks a safety interface and auxiliary contacts. However, that does not make it less valuable. It is simple, robust, and works exactly where needed: as the final motion‑detection point in a production line, on conveyors, in automatic machines.

Its dimensions (31.5 × 84.8 × 16 mm) allow installation in tight spaces. The connection cable eliminates the need for extra fittings – fewer failure points, less installation time.
