Limit switch with metal housing and powder‑coated finish is designed for operation in environments with high levels of contamination, moisture or impacts. IP67 protection rating guarantees that dust, water or brief immersion do not affect it – it is ideal for industrial machines, production lines or transport systems where standard components quickly fail.

The perpendicular roller plunger provides smooth and precise actuation – the roller reduces friction and thus wear of the mechanism. It functions as a snap‑acting contact: it opens the circuit at the moment of contact, without delay. This means there is no “signal hold” – the response is instantaneous, which is important for machine motion control or positioning of elements.

With a connection cable – no need to install additional connectors or run wires. Ready for “plug‑and‑play” connection, shortening installation time and reducing error risk. Forced opening ensures the contact opens even if the plunger is jammed – a key safety feature.

Operates over a wide temperature range: from –25 °C to +70 °C. It retains functionality both in cold storage and when machines heat up during prolonged operation. Rated current depends on voltage: up to 5 A at 24 V AC, 3 A at 125 V AC, and for low DC voltages (DC-13) up to 1.1 A at 24 V DC. This allows use in both low‑current control circuits and simpler power circuits.

There is no status indicator – nor an electronic output or communication interface. It is a pure mechanical switching element: simple, reliable, without unnecessary electronics. It requires no power – it operates solely by mechanical movement.

This is a single‑position element with one normally closed and one normally open contact – sufficient for most applications requiring a simple “on/off”. It is not intended for safety circuits (does not meet SIL standards), but serves as a position detection element – it works flawlessly.
