The PEM1G25Z switch is a single‑position, metal limit switch with a roller plunger, designed for harsh environments. Its construction enables precise and reliable position detection in automation, industrial machines or conveyor systems. The 10.7 mm diameter plastic roller provides smooth contact with surfaces, even with small misalignments or vibrations.

Switching is performed by a snap contact, meaning the contact opens and closes in a single motion — without delay or “contact welding”. This solution is ideal for applications requiring fast response, e.g., safety systems that prevent motion beyond set limits.

The housing is made of metal and covered with powder coating, providing resistance to mechanical damage, corrosion and environmental factors. The IP67 protection class guarantees complete sealing against dust and temporary water immersion — safe operation even during intensive cleaning or in humid environments.

The switch has one normally closed contact and one normally open contact, allowing unidirectional circuit control — e.g., motor shutdown at the end‑position. Rated current is adapted to various voltages: 5 A at 24 V AC, 3 A at 125 V AC, and for low DC voltages — 1.1 A at 24 V DC. For high DC voltage (230 V) the current does not exceed 0.1 A — meaning it is not intended for direct control of high‑power motors, but works perfectly as a signal sensor for PLC controllers.

With forced disconnect the circuit is safely opened even if the mechanism is damaged — it will not remain in a “closed” state. The connection cable simplifies installation and eliminates the need for additional wiring components.

Operating temperature from ‑25 °C to +70 °C allows use both in cool warehouses and near heated units. Dimensions (31.5 × 84.8 × 16 mm) are compact — easy to integrate in tight mounting spaces.
