The ZUG-10PE protective connector is a reliable solution for connecting copper wires in electrical installations. Design and application

The ZUG-10PE connector is designed for mounting on a standard DIN TH-35 mm mounting rail. Made of self-extinguishing polyamide V0, it is resistant to high temperatures and ensures safety in the event of a short circuit or overheating. It can operate in a wide temperature range, from -25°C to 120°C, making it suitable for indoor use in all climatic zones. The use of copper busbars coated with tin Sn5 and steel clamps with zinc-coated Zn5 screws guarantees good electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. This ensures a stable and durable connection for a long time.

This connector is ideal for connecting wires with a cross-section from 0.5 mm² to 10 mm² (stranded) and from 0.5 mm² to 16 mm² (solid). It also allows the connection of stranded wires both with and without a ferrule, in the range of cross-sections from 0.5 mm² to 10 mm². Two terminals at the level provide convenient mounting and the possibility of connecting two wires simultaneously.
