The ZUG-16PEN protective connector is a reliable solution for connecting wires in electrical installations. Construction and practical application

The ZUG-16PEN connector is made of high-quality thermoplastic material, characterized by high resistance to mechanical damage and external factors. This material has a flammability class of V0 according to UL94 standard, which guarantees safety in the event of a short circuit or overheating. Inside the connector there are copper busbars coated with tin Sn5 and galvanized steel clamps Zn5, providing optimal electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. The connector is designed to connect copper wires with a cross-section from 1.5 mm² to 16 mm² (stranded) and from 1.5 mm² to 25 mm² (solid), making it a versatile element in many applications. Thanks to screw connections, it is possible to securely and stably fix the wires.
