The SML 150 cast iron inspection chamber with a rectangular access point is an element of a spigotless pipe and fitting system, designed for the construction of gravity drainage and stormwater installations inside buildings. Made of spigotless grey cast iron, it provides durability and resistance to damage, and its design with a rectangular access point facilitates access to the installation for inspection and maintenance. The product meets the requirements of EN-877 standard, guaranteeing high quality and safety of use.
Construction and Properties
The SML system is distinguished by advanced technology for connecting elements using clamping sleeves (clamps, straps, connectors). The pipes and fittings are coated with multi-layer coatings that provide effective protection against corrosion and aggressive wastewater. The outer layer of primer paint (red-brown) prepares the surface for further painting, and the inner coating of epoxy resin (ochre) protects against the action of chemicals. The coating firing process at high temperature (approx. 180°C) ensures their durable connection with the base material.

- NON-FLAMMABLE, FIRE PROTECTION - cast iron products made in accordance with en-877 are non-flammable, non-flammable (A2 flammability class according to EN 13501) and non-toxic (no smoke generation, no flammable or dripping materials due to the heat generated).
