Both the internal and external surfaces of the bend are covered with a special epoxy resin coating, which protects against corrosion and aggressive chemical substances contained in wastewater. The external coating is a primer in a reddish-brown color, and the internal coating is epoxy resin in an ochre (yellow-brown) color. This process provides high thermal and chemical resistance, meeting the requirements of EN 877 and RAL-GZ 698 standards.

SYSTEM ADVANTAGES:
- NON-FLAMMABLE, FIRE PROTECTION - cast iron products made in accordance with en-877 are non-flammable, non-flammable (A2 flammability class according to EN 13501) and non-toxic (no smoke generation, no flammable or dripping materials due to the heat generated). In the event of fire, they retain their functional properties and reliability for many hours, i.e. their walls remain impermeable to flames and gases, without cracking and showing no loss of performance or significant changes in shape. The integrity of wall and ceiling ducts is also maintained.
