NEF30 Signal Indicators – Reliable Visual Information

The NEF30 LED indicator is a universal signaling device used in automation, industrial power engineering, and synoptic panels. Thanks to the use of LEDs, the indicator is characterized by high durability and low power consumption. The metal housing and nut ensure mechanical strength and resistance to harsh industrial conditions. The indicator's design allows mounting in standard 30.5 mm diameter holes.

Functionality and Application

The NEF30 indicator is available in various versions dedicated to specific signaling tasks. The NEF30WP model, in yellow-green, is ideal as a position indicator – informing about the status of contacts, switches, or valves. Signaling can take the form of a vertical or horizontal line, depending on the connection. A universal LED current stabilization module allows operation within a wide range of supply voltages – from 24V to 230V AC/DC.

Construction and Parameters

The NEF30 indicators have been designed with safety and reliability in mind. They meet the requirements of the PN-EN 60947-5-1 standard. The metal housing and polycarbonate cover guarantee resistance to mechanical damage and external factors. The degree of protection IP66/67 (above-panel part) ensures tightness against dust and water. The maximum thickness of the panel on which the indicator can be mounted is 6 mm. Connection cables can have a cross-section of 0.75-1.5 mm². The indicator is designed to operate in ambient temperatures from -15°C to +30°C (N/2 version) or from -30°C to +50°C (W/3 version). The rated insulation voltage is 250V (500V for some models).
