Universal RACK cabinet for mounting security and IT systems

The RACK 12U / 19” cabinet is a practical solution for the organized mounting and securing of devices in CCTV, access control (AC), building automation (BAS), LAN networks and other installations. The construction is designed for use in both small businesses and homes, where aesthetics and equipment security are important. The cabinet is delivered in self-assembly form, allowing it to be adapted to specific mounting conditions.

Construction and functionality

The cabinet is made of cold-rolled steel SPCC, which guarantees strength and resistance to mechanical damage. The two-section design provides space for devices with standard 19” dimensions, and the height of 12U allows for mounting a significant amount of equipment. The external dimensions of the cabinet are 600 x 635 x 550 mm (+/-2 mm), and the depth of the front and rear sections are 450 and 100 mm, respectively. The static load capacity of the cabinet is 60 kg, allowing for the safe placement of even heavier devices.

The front doors are equipped with a lock (RAZ-G2 – same code), and the rear doors with a lock (RAZ-DG – same code), providing additional security against unauthorized access. The side doors have a Click system (possibility of mounting RAZB16 lock). The cabinet has ventilation holes in the top panel (2 x 105x105mm) and cable inlets in the bottom and top panels, making cable management easier and ensuring adequate air circulation. The ability to change the spacing between the 19” RACK profiles and the configuration of tilting the cabinet left/right increases installation flexibility. The IP20 protection class provides basic protection against touching and access to internal components.

Installation and application

The cabinet is designed for wall mounting. Thanks to the two-section design, it allows for segregation of devices and easy access to individual components. The cabinet is used wherever there is a need for organized and secure placement of network equipment, servers, UPS power supplies or CCTV recorders.
