6U RACK Cabinet – a solid solution for installation organization

This 19” two-section rack cabinet is a practical solution for organizing and securing devices in CCTV, TVSS, SSWiN, RTV or LAN networks. Designed for use in both small businesses and homes, it allows for aesthetic mounting and protection of equipment from mechanical damage. The self-assembly construction provides flexibility in adapting the cabinet to individual needs.

Construction and user features

The cabinet with dimensions of 600 x 368 x 550 mm (with a tolerance of +/- 2 mm) is made of cold-rolled SPCC steel of various thicknesses (0.8mm, 1mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm), which ensures its strength and rigidity. The RAL7035 (grey) finish gives it a professional look. The two-section design allows easy access to the mounted devices. The front section has a depth of 450 mm, and the rear section 100 mm, allowing for flexible component placement. The maximum static load of the cabinet is 60 kg.

The front doors are locked with a lock (RAZ-G2 – same code), the rear doors also with a lock (RAZ-DG – same code), and the side doors are equipped with Click latches (with the possibility of mounting an additional RAZB16 lock). This security system protects devices from unauthorized access. Additionally, ventilation holes in the top panel (2 x 105x105mm) and cable inlets in the bottom and top panels provide adequate air circulation and facilitate cable routing. The ability to reverse the doors left/right and configure the cabinet tilt increases user comfort and adaptation to the specifics of the installation.

Assembly and additional functionalities

The cabinet is delivered as a flatpack, which allows you to save on transport costs. The ability to change the spacing between the 19” RACK profiles allows you to adapt the cabinet to different types of devices. This allows you to effectively utilize the available space and provide optimal working conditions for the equipment. The product is covered by a two-year warranty from the manufacturer PULSAR K.
