RACK Cabinet for Systems and Devices

This 18U wall-mounted rack cabinet provides a solid foundation for organizing and securing your network, audio-video, or server equipment. Ideal for both small businesses and home installations, it allows for aesthetic and safe placement of devices in a 19" standard. The cabinet design is designed for easy installation and maintenance, and its gray color (RAL 7035) will fit into most technical rooms.

Construction and Functionality

The cabinet is delivered in a self-assembly version, allowing you to customize it to your individual needs. Made of high-quality cold-rolled steel (SPCC) of varying thickness – from 0.6 mm to 1 mm – it provides strength and stability. The front door made of 4 mm thick tempered glass guarantees visibility of the devices placed inside and additional security thanks to the RAZ-G2 lock (the same code for all doors). Side doors are mounted on special hinges that facilitate removal during servicing.

The well-thought-out design also includes ventilation openings in the top panel (2x 105x105 mm) and cable inlets in the top and bottom panels (175x58 mm), which ensures adequate air circulation and facilitates cable routing. The ability to change the spacing between the 19" RACK profiles (front-back) and to reposition the doors left/right increases installation flexibility. Additionally, casters can be mounted to facilitate cabinet transport.

Parameters and Application

The cabinet has dimensions of 600 x 901 x 600 mm (+/-2 mm) and is designed for a static load of up to 50 kg. It meets the IP20 standard, which means protection against touching with a finger and against the ingress of solid objects larger than 12.5 mm. Use indoors guarantees optimal operating conditions. The product is covered by a two-year manufacturer's warranty – Pulsar K. Bogusz Sp. J. The cabinet is ideal for CCTV, KD, SSWiN, RTV and LAN systems where an organized and secure installation of network or server equipment is required.
