The RACK 4U / 19” cabinet is a practical solution for organizing and securing devices in monitoring (CCTV) systems, building automation (BAS), security systems (SSWiN), RTV installations, LAN networks and other applications. The construction is designed for mounting devices in the 19” standard, providing an aesthetic appearance and protection against mechanical damage. The cabinet is ideal for use in both small businesses and home environments.

Construction and mounting possibilities

The cabinet is wall-mountable and requires self-assembly. It is made of cold-rolled SPCC steel of varying thickness (0.6mm, 0.8mm), which affects its strength and stability. The gray RAL7035 finish provides a universal look that fits most interiors. Adjustable spacing between 19” RACK profiles allows the cabinet to be adapted to different equipment configurations. Additionally, ventilation openings in the top panel (2 x 105x105mm) and cable inlets in the bottom and top panels (175x58mm) ensure adequate air circulation and facilitate cable routing. The door can be mounted on either the left or right side, increasing installation flexibility. Optionally, casters can be mounted for easier movement of the cabinet.

Safety and technical parameters

The cabinet has a front door with a lock (RAZ-G2 – the same code for all locks) and side doors that close with a "click" latch, ensuring the security of the stored equipment. The maximum static load of the cabinet is 50 kg. It meets the IP20 standard, which means protection against touching with fingers and against the ingress of solid objects larger than 12.5 mm. The manufacturer's warranty is 2 years. The external dimensions of the cabinet are 600 x 280 x 600 mm (+/-2 mm), and the mounting dimensions are 19" x 4U.
