27U RACK Cabinet – a solid solution for infrastructure organization

The 27U RACK Cabinet is a reliable choice for companies and professionals who need an organized space for network equipment, servers and other devices in the 19" standard. The freestanding construction, designed for self-assembly, provides flexibility in space arrangement. The cabinet is suitable for both data centers and smaller server rooms, allowing integration of CCTV, KD, SSWiN, RTV or LAN systems.

Construction and functionality

The cabinet is made of high-quality SPCC cold-rolled steel with a thickness of 1.2mm, 1.5mm and 2mm and coated with a durable RAL9004 (black) coating, which guarantees corrosion and mechanical damage resistance. The solid construction allows a static load of up to 1000 kg with mounted leveling feet. The external dimensions of the cabinet are 600 x 1000 x 1388 mm (width x depth x height), and the mounting space is 27U x 760 mm. This allows for efficient use of space and easy placement of devices.

The standard equipment includes: four transport wheels (two with brakes) to facilitate moving the cabinet and four leveling feet to ensure stability on uneven surfaces. The front and rear doors are equipped with locks (the same key for both doors), and the side doors can be equipped with additional RAZB16 locks. The well-thought-out design also includes ventilation openings in the top and bottom plates and in the front door, which ensures adequate air circulation and prevents overheating of the equipment. Additionally, the cabinet has cable inlets in the top and bottom plates to facilitate cable routing.

Flexibility and additional options

The cabinet offers the possibility of changing the spacing between the front and rear RACK profiles, which increases its versatility. The ability to mount a fan panel (RAWP) and a 100mm high plinth (RAC1610) allows you to customize the cabinet to individual user needs. The side doors have a snap-on mounting, and the possibility of swapping the left/right doors increases installation flexibility. The product meets the IP20 standard, which provides basic protection against access to internal components. The manufacturer's warranty is 12 months from the date of sale.
