RACK Cabinet – a reliable space for your infrastructure

The 19” RACK cabinet with a height of 27U and dimensions of 600x800mm is a solid solution for organizing and securing network devices, servers, CCTV monitoring systems, KD, SSWiN, RTV or LAN. Designed for both professional use in companies and home installations, it provides aesthetic mounting and protection against mechanical damage. The cabinet's construction allows easy access to equipment during servicing and expansion.

Construction and user features

The cabinet is delivered in a self-assembly kit, allowing it to be adapted to individual needs. Made of durable cold-rolled steel (SPCC) of varying thickness (1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2mm) and coated with RAL 9004 (black) coating, it guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. The front doors made of 5mm thick tempered glass provide good visibility of the installed devices. Additionally, they are equipped with locks with two keys in the set for increased security. The rear and side doors also have the option of being locked with a key or latch.

The cabinet has been designed with optimal cooling in mind – it has ventilation openings in the top and bottom plates and in the front doors. The ability to mount an additional fan panel (RAWP) increases cooling efficiency in case of intensive equipment operation. Cable inlets in the top and bottom plates facilitate organized cable routing. The set includes four wheels without brakes and four leveling feet, allowing stable positioning of the cabinet on various surfaces.

Practical solutions for the installer and user

The cabinet offers configuration flexibility – it is possible to change the spacing between the front and rear RACK profiles, allowing you to adapt the space to different types of devices. Additionally, a plinth (RAC168M) can be mounted under the cabinet for increased stability and aesthetics. Removable side doors facilitate access to the interior during installation and maintenance. This is why both installers and end users will appreciate the convenience of using this RACK cabinet. The static load of the cabinet is as much as 1000 kg with leveling feet mounted, ensuring safety for even heavy equipment. IP20 protection class protects against accidental touching of conductive elements inside the cabinet.
