The Pulsar PSB-24V10A switch-mode power supply is a reliable power source designed to provide uninterrupted power to devices requiring a stabilized 24V DC voltage. It is ideal for alarm systems, access control, video surveillance and other applications where continuous power supply is critical. In the event of a mains power failure, the power supply automatically switches to battery power, ensuring fail-safe operation of the connected devices.

Construction and functionality

The PSB-24V10A power supply is characterized by a solid modular construction, allowing for easy mounting inside enclosures or on a DIN rail (DIN4 bracket required). The built-in power factor correction (PFC) circuit improves energy efficiency and minimizes network interference. Thanks to the LED indicating the presence of output voltage, the device's operating diagnostics are simple and intuitive. Additionally, the power supply has protections against short circuit (SCP), overload (OLP), overvoltage (OVP), overvoltage and excessive battery discharge (UVP), which guarantees the safety of both connected devices and the power supply itself.

Flexibility and operating parameters

This model offers the possibility of adjusting the battery charging current – to choose from 1A, 2A or 4A – which allows you to adapt it to the specifics of the battery used and the requirements of the application. The power supply efficiency reaches 87%, which translates into energy savings. A wide range of input AC voltage (200-240V) ensures compatibility with most electrical installations. The power supply is equipped with a built-in forced cooling fan, which starts depending on the temperature and load, ensuring optimal operating conditions even with high power consumption. The total output current along with battery charging is 10A.
