Universal enclosure for security and automation systems

This metal surface-mounted enclosure, designed for mounting devices on a DIN rail (TH35mm), is a versatile solution for installers and end-users. It is suitable for building alarm systems (SSWiN), access control (KD), video surveillance (CCTV), as well as electrical installations and building automation. The enclosure design allows for the integration of various components, providing an organized and secure location for key system elements.

Construction and functionality

The enclosure is made of DC01 sheet metal with a thickness of 1mm, coated with RAL7035 polyester paint (grey), guaranteeing durability and corrosion resistance. Inside there are two DIN rails with a length of 330mm, offering 18 "S" fields for mounting fuses and other modular devices. Additionally, space is provided for two 17Ah/12V batteries, enabling the creation of an emergency power supply for connected devices. Thanks to mounting spacers (8mm), it is easy to connect wires to the mounted components. The enclosure has a tamper – a built-in microswitch signaling opening, which increases system security. The enclosure is closed with screws, and there is also the possibility of installing an additional lock.

Application and compatibility

The AWO622 enclosure is ideal for indoor use (IP20). It can be used to install, among others:

• "S" type electrical fuses
• TRP, TRZ series transformers
• PSB, PSBOC buffer power supplies
• PS-xxx series power supplies
• MSRDxxx buffer power supply modules

The enclosure design also allows for the mounting of transformers and buffer power supplies for built-in applications with a power of up to 155W. For larger power supplies, they can be mounted behind the DIN rail using the PSDIN2 adapter. Thanks to its versatility, this enclosure finds application in a wide spectrum of installations – from simple alarm systems to complex building automation systems. The manufacturer's warranty is 2 years from the date of production.
