Universal enclosure for monitoring and network systems

This robust, metal enclosure is designed for the safe mounting and protection of key components of video surveillance systems and network infrastructure. It is suitable for both professional installations and home use, providing organization and security for devices such as digital video recorders (DVRs), monitors, PoE switches, and power supplies. The enclosure design also includes the possibility of mounting backup power batteries.

Construction and functionality

The enclosure is made of high-quality DC01 steel sheet with a thickness of 1.2 mm, which guarantees durability and resistance to damage. The finish in RAL9003 color (white) provides an aesthetic appearance and easy matching to various interiors. Inside, there is a space dedicated to a recorder with maximum dimensions of 480 x 400 x 180 mm, equipped with fastening straps for stable vertical mounting. Additionally, the enclosure has a tilting mounting plate compatible with the VESA 75x75 / 100x100 standard, allowing the mounting of a monitor with a diagonal of up to 22 inches. A 19" RACK profile (4U / height 475 mm) allows for the integration of PoE switches or other rack-mountable devices. The well-thought-out design also includes space for four batteries with a capacity of up to 7Ah.

Security and data protection

The enclosure has been designed with data security in mind, in accordance with GDPR requirements. It is equipped with two locks with different codes (MR008), which prevent unauthorized access to the interior. Additionally, it is possible to mount a tamper switch PKAZ067, which signals an attempt to remove the enclosure from the wall – increasing the level of protection against theft or sabotage. The enclosure has an IP20 protection rating, which means protection against touching with fingers and solid objects larger than 12.5 mm.
