This vertical enclosure from Pulsar, model AWO529, is designed to protect your video surveillance system. Construction and security

The enclosure is made of durable DC01 steel sheet with a thickness of 1 mm, which guarantees its solidity and resistance to mechanical damage. Anti-corrosion protection and a black matte color (RAL 9005) provide an aesthetic appearance and durability. Thanks to its vertical design and small depth (121 + 14 mm), the enclosure will work in places with limited space where the installation of larger rack cabinets is impossible. Additionally, it has a 14 mm wall spacer, making installation easier and improving ventilation.

A key security feature is a dual locking system – two MR008 locks with different codes, each with two keys included. In addition, the enclosure is equipped with a tamper – two microswitches reacting to opening the enclosure and detaching it from the wall. The signal from the tamper switches informs about an attempted burglary or sabotage of the system.

Installation and compatibility

Inside the enclosure there is a special bracket with straps to mount recorders with dimensions: width up to 375 mm, height up to 335 mm and depth up to 95 mm. After opening the enclosure, the front panel is held in a horizontal position, making it easier to access and operate the recorder's front panel. The enclosure is designed for surface mounting indoors.

The Pulsar AWO529 enclosure has external dimensions of 435 x 500 x 130 mm (width x height x depth) and a net/gross weight of 8.20 kg / 8.90 kg. Operation in environmental class II is possible in the temperature range from -10°C to 40°C. Anti-sabotage protection is provided by two normally closed (NC) microswitches, and the closure is carried out using two MR008 locks with different codes. The enclosure is made of DC01 sheet metal with a thickness of 1 mm with an anti-corrosion coating and painted in black matte RAL 9005.
