Do you need to connect IP cameras or other PoE devices in a location far from the switch? The EXT-POE3 extender is the perfect solution. The device increases the range of Ethernet data transmission and PoE power by an additional 100 meters, using standard Cat. 5/5e UTP twisted pair cabling. This gives you flexibility in device placement and avoids problems related to range limitations.

Versatility and compatibility

EXT-POE3 is powered by a PoE switch or another device compliant with the IEEE802.3af/at standard. It has one PoE IN input and three PoE OUT outputs – two compliant with the IEEE802.3af/at standard and one passive, allowing you to connect a variety of devices requiring PoE power. OUT1 and OUT2 outputs offer full compatibility with PoE devices, and the OUT3 output allows you to power devices requiring a voltage in the range of 44-57V DC.

Safety and reliability

The device is equipped with overvoltage protection (PoE input), overload protection (OLP), and short-circuit protection (SCP), which guarantees safe and stable operation. Additionally, optical LED signaling informs about the device's operating status, making diagnostics and monitoring easier.
