This Grade 2 buffered switch-mode power supply, with an output voltage of 13.8V DC and a current of 2A, is the ideal solution for providing uninterrupted power to devices requiring a stable voltage. It is perfect for alarm systems (SSWiN) and access control (KD), guaranteeing their continuous operation even in the event of a mains power failure. The power supply design allows for the connection of a 7Ah battery, which automatically takes over power in the event of a failure.

The metal housing provides durability and resistance to mechanical damage. The power supply is characterized by high efficiency at 86%, which translates into energy savings. The implemented protections – SCP (short-circuit), OLP (overload), OVP (overvoltage), UVP (deep discharge protection) and tamper – protect both the power supply itself and the devices connected to it. Additionally, two relay-type technical outputs (EPS and APS) allow for remote monitoring of the power supply and battery status.

Functionality and compliance with standards

The power supply complies with EN 50131 Grade 2 and EN 60839-11 Grade 2 standards, confirming its high quality and reliability. The possibility of mounting a lock further secures the device against unauthorized access. Thanks to the LEDs, it is easy to monitor the operating status of the power supply. The battery charging current can be set using a jumper – 0.5A or 1A, adapting it to the parameters of the battery used. The START function allows you to manually switch the power to the battery.
