Universal installation box with fuse – reliability and safety in fire protection systems

This installation box, equipped with a 0.375A fuse, is a key element in fire protection systems, providing safe and reliable electrical connections. Designed for installation in fire-resistant cable installations (according to DIN 4102-12 standard), it guarantees continuous power supply and signal transmission even in extreme conditions. It is suitable for both new installations and modernization of existing systems.

Construction and application

The box is made of durable DC01 steel with a thickness of 1mm, coated with red RAL 3001 paint, which ensures its durability and good visibility. Its compact dimensions (154x80x30 mm) allow for easy installation in limited space. It is intended for connecting fire protection devices, such as smoke extractors, smoke dampers, fire alarm control panels and warning systems. Inside there are separate terminals for signal lines (input and output) and for the signaling device protected by a fuse. The possibility of routing cables with a diameter of up to 10mm and a cross-section of 2.5mm² ensures compatibility with various types of cables.
