The PURMO CleverFit PPSU LBP 16x16 elbow is an element of a system of fittings designed for creating internal heating and plumbing installations. Made of high-quality polyphenylsulfone (PPSU), it is characterized by exceptional durability and resistance to corrosion, aggressive chemicals, and high temperatures – up to 95°C. The use of this material guarantees hygiene and neutrality for drinking water.

CleverFit fittings are mounted using the radial pressing method, which ensures the tightness and reliability of connections. The elbow has clamping sleeves with a diameter of 16 mm, allowing easy connection with pipes of the same diameter. The white color of the fitting provides an aesthetic look of the installation.

Safety and quality control first

The CleverFit system has been designed with safety in mind. The “Leak Before Press” function is a key advantage – in the event of an unpressed connection, at a pressure above 1 bar, a visible water leak occurs. This eliminates the risk of apparent tightness, which can lead to serious problems in the future. Additionally, a control window allows you to ensure that the pipe is properly placed in the fitting before pressing.

Versatility and ease of installation

The "Multi Tool" function (multi-profile) means that two different profiles: TH and U, can be used to press the connections, increasing flexibility during installation. The stainless steel collar ensures durable crimping of the pipe after pressing, and the double O-ring seal made of EPDM rubber provides additional protection against leaks.

PURMO CleverFit fittings meet the EN ISO 21003 standard and withstand a maximum working pressure of PN10. The manufacturer offers a 10-year warranty on the complete system and estimates its durability at over 50 years of use.
