PexPenta pipe is an advanced solution dedicated to underfloor heating installations, characterized by exceptional quality and reliability. Construction and properties

PexPenta stands out with its unique 5-layer construction, manufactured in a co-extrusion process. A centrally located anti-diffusion barrier made of EVOH (ethylene vinyl alcohol) almost completely eliminates oxygen permeability, protecting the installation components from corrosion. The inner layer made of PE-Xc (electron beam cross-linked polyethylene) provides high mechanical strength and flexibility. Physical crosslinking is carried out without the use of chemicals, which guarantees safety for health and the environment.

PexPenta pipe retains shape memory – after heating, it returns to its original shape, which facilitates assembly and repairs. It is also resistant to negative temperatures, allowing its use in various climatic conditions. The pipe's strength parameters are comparable to PE-Xa, and its service life is estimated at at least 50 years.
