Recessed luminaire, ready for installation in suspended or drywall ceilings

The luminaire measures 420×240 mm with a depth of 82 mm, allowing easy embedding into standard suspended ceiling spaces. The mounting opening dimensions are 410×230 mm – just cut the appropriate opening in the structure, and the luminaire fits precisely without the need for additional mounting elements. The housing is made of steel, the outer frame of plastic with a textured surface – not only providing impact resistance but also diffusing light evenly.

The light is emitted directly downwards, without side spill. This makes the luminaire well suited for functional lighting – e.g., in corridors, conference rooms or offices – where a focused, non‑glare illumination is required. A luminous flux of 2160 lm at 18 W yields an efficacy of over 120 lm/W, indicating low energy consumption with high brightness.

The LEDs are fixed and non‑replaceable – no replacement is needed throughout the product’s lifetime. The internal driver has a power factor above 0.95, reducing circuit load and improving power quality. A colour temperature of 3000 K provides warm, pleasant illumination – ideal for spaces where cool white light is undesirable.

The housing colour – gray – is standard, but the manufacturer offers the option to paint it in any RAL colour. This is a significant advantage for interior colour integration – e.g., when the ceiling should be invisible or part of an architectural design.

The IP44 protection rating ensures resistance to water droplets and dust – the luminaire can be installed even in moderately humid rooms such as kitchens, bathrooms or production halls. Protection class I requires grounding – the installer must remember this during installation.

Operating temperature from –15 °C to +40 °C allows use in both heated rooms and unheated spaces such as warehouses or technical halls. A colour‑rendering index (CRI) of 80–89 guarantees natural colour reproduction – no “plastic” light effect.

Installation is simple: the luminaire snaps into the opening and is secured from the front with spring clips or screws (depending on the ceiling construction). No specialized equipment or additional tools are required.
