Recessed luminaire designed for embedded installation in suspended ceilings or drywall constructions

The luminaire measures 420 × 420 mm, with a mounting opening of 410 × 410 mm – it fits perfectly into standard grids of suspended‑ceiling systems. The housing is made of gray‑coloured steel sheet, providing durability and resistance to mechanical damage (IK04). The diffuser made of opal plastic distributes light evenly, eliminating the “hot‑spot” effect and creating soft, pleasant illumination without glare.

The light source is a single, non‑replaceable LED module rated at 21 W, delivering 2340 lm at a colour temperature of 3000 K – warm white light ideal for offices, conference rooms or corridors. The colour‑rendering index (CRI) of 80–89 ensures natural colour presentation, important where detail visibility is critical. Luminous efficacy is 111 lm/W – a high value for this type of luminaire.

The internal driver has a power factor above 0.95, reducing circuit load and improving power quality. The luminaire is suitable for operation in temperatures from –15 °C to +40 °C – it will perform even in unheated halls or winter corridors. IP44 protection class guarantees resistance to water splashes, making it suitable for rooms with moderate humidity such as toilets, laundries or kitchens.

Installation is carried out directly in the ceiling opening – no additional frames or mounting elements are required. The design is compatible with G/K systems and suspended ceilings with exposed supporting structures. Protection class I means the luminaire must be connected to earth – the installer must account for this during wiring.

Rated service life L90/B10 at 25 °C is 53 000 hours – over 15 years at 10 hours per day. There is no need to replace the light source; the whole luminaire functions as a sealed unit. It cannot be used to create continuous lighting lines – each panel operates independently.

For the installer: simple installation and clear parameters

Embedding dimensions are precisely matched to standard openings – no adjustments are needed. The 3 kg weight is stable and does not require additional support when mounted on drywall. The driver is built‑in and does not need an external device – saving space and simplifying circuit design. All electrical and mechanical parameters comply with IEC62722-2-1 and IEC61140 – eliminating the risk of non‑conformity with regulations.

For the user: quiet, stable light without flicker

No flicker and high CRI ensure the luminaire does not cause eye fatigue even during prolonged use. Warm white light (3000 K) creates a friendly atmosphere – better than cool white in offices or meeting rooms.
