Universal battery charger – performance and safety

This advanced 20A charger, with a DIP switch, is a versatile solution for charging 24V batteries. It will work both in a professional workshop and at home. Compatible with LiFePO4, AGM, GEL and SLA batteries, it ensures optimal charging and extends their lifespan. The three-stage charging process and active cooling guarantee stable operation even under heavy load.

Adaptation to different battery types and intelligent charging

The charger stands out for its ability to be configured for different battery types thanks to the DIP switch – it offers as many as 7 setting combinations. This allows for precise adjustment of the charging process to the specifics of a given lead-acid (SLA), gel, AGM, calcium or lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery, and also enables operation in constant voltage power supply mode. The intelligent three-stage charging process – Bulk, Boost and Float – ensures full battery charge while protecting against damage. The Bulk stage identifies the battery's needs and charges it with maximum current to 80% capacity. The Boost stage then maintains a constant voltage, reducing the charging current. The final Float stage maintains a full battery charge at a minimum voltage.

Safety and reliability first

The charger's design has been enriched with a number of protections: against short circuit, overheating, overvoltage, reverse polarity and overcharge. In addition, the set includes two fuses to increase safety. A durable aluminum housing provides excellent heat dissipation and corrosion resistance. The built-in fan with temperature control starts automatically during charging, protecting the device from overheating, especially when charging deeply discharged batteries.
