The R-HLX concrete screw with dimensions M10×120 mm is an advanced solution for rapid fastenings in concrete classes C20/25-C50/60. Made of induction-hardened steel, it ensures the highest strength parameters confirmed by the European Technical Assessment ETA.

Construction and materials ensuring durability

Induction hardening guarantees high surface hardness and core impact resistance, which translates into long-term functionality of the fastening. The zinc flake coating (ZF) significantly increases corrosion resistance - the application process does not use acid pickling, eliminating the risk of hydrogen embrittlement of the screws.

The new thread geometry with additional cutting teeth enables fast and easy installation even in reinforced concrete. The flange at the hexagonal head ensures even pressure on the fastened element and facilitates positioning during installation.

Operating parameters and safety

The device is characterized by a characteristic pull-out load capacity: 9.4 kN in cracked concrete and 13.4 kN in uncracked concrete. The shear capacity is 27.2 kN, which guarantees safe transfer of transverse loads.

The required hole diameter is Ø10 mm with an anchoring depth of 55 mm. The minimum thickness of the concrete element must be 100 mm, and the minimum spacing between screws and distances from the concrete edge must be 60 mm. The maximum tightening torque must not exceed 1000 Nm.

Professional applications and working conditions

The system works perfectly for fastening railings and handrails, ventilated facades, steel structures, and industrial shelving. It is also used in the installation of stadium stands, fences and gates, and temporary elements such as formwork.

The product has a seismic resistance certificate category C1-C2 and fire resistance R30-R120, allowing for use in facilities with increased safety requirements. The possibility of installation close to the concrete edge and with reduced spacing between adjacent elements significantly expands the range of possible applications.

The package contains 25 pieces with a total weight of 2.19 kg, which facilitates transport logistics for larger construction projects.
