The R-HLX concrete screw is an advanced solution for fast and durable anchoring in concrete classes C20/25-C50/60, both reinforced and unreinforced, both cracked and uncracked. Thanks to induction hardening and a special zinc coating, it ensures the highest strength parameters while maintaining installation simplicity.

Advanced design guaranteeing performance

The new thread shape with additional cutting teeth enables quick installation even in reinforced concrete without the need for expansion sleeves. Induction hardening ensures high surface hardness and high core impact strength.

The special ZF zinc coating is characterized by enhanced corrosion resistance due to a unique application process without acid pickling – this eliminates the risk of screw hydrogen embrittlement. The hexagonal head with flange allows comfortable installation with standard impact tools.

The ability to install near concrete edges and at small distances from adjacent elements significantly expands the range of applications. The product can be removed multiple times after prior verification of thread wear using a dedicated tester.

Operating parameters and user safety

The M10×80 mm model achieves a characteristic pull-out capacity of 27.58 kN for uncracked concrete and 19.30 kN for cracked concrete at a standard anchorage depth of 85 mm. The shear capacity is 27.20 kN. The effective anchorage depth is 68 mm, which ensures optimal load transfer.

The screws have a fire resistance certificate of R30-R120, confirming their safety in fire conditions for up to 120 minutes. They can be used in seismic zones of category C1 and C2, as confirmed by earthquake tests.

Installation parameters include a hole diameter of 10 mm, a minimum substrate thickness of 110 mm, and a minimum edge distance of 60 mm. The maximum tightening torque for impact tools is 650 Nm. The product is packaged in cartons of 50 pieces with a weight of 3.24 kg.
