Induction-hardened concrete screw, M10 12.4x90 mm, hexagonal head with flange, zinc flake coated, R-HLX /50pkg/ R-HLX-10X090-HF-ZF
Professional solution for anchoring in concrete
The R-HLX concrete screw is an advanced solution for fast and reliable anchoring in reinforced and unreinforced concrete of class C20/25-C50/60. Thanks to induction hardening and a special thread geometry with additional cutting teeth, it ensures quick installation even in reinforced concrete C20/25-C50/60.
The product features a hexagonal head enabling installation with standard tools and a zinc flake coating guaranteeing enhanced corrosion resistance. The screw can be used near concrete edges and at small distances from adjacent fastening elements, significantly increasing design flexibility.
Applications and areas of use
The R-HLX system is widely used for poles and road signs, roads and bridges, sanitary and gas installations, scaffolding, seating in public buildings, steel structures, and warehouse racking. A key advantage is the ability to install without the need for sleeve anchors, which simplifies the installation process and reduces material costs. The screw also allows for disassembly and repeated use after prior verification of thread wear using a dedicated tester.
Operating parameters and performance
The R-HLX screw achieves the highest load-bearing parameters confirmed by European Technical Assessment (ETA) for cracked and uncracked concrete of class C20/25-C50/60. For a standard anchoring depth of 85mm, the characteristic load-bearing capacity is 27.58 kN for tensile load and 27.20 kN for shear load in uncracked concrete.
The product maintains high performance under seismic loads – it is certified for seismic categories C1 and C2, enabling its use in earthquake-prone zones. Additionally, it provides fire resistance R30-R120, ensuring structural safety for a specified duration of fire exposure.
Compliance, certificates, and operating conditions
The system meets the highest quality standards confirmed by its Polish manufacturing origin, which guarantees precision of execution and repeatability. The screws come with full technical documentation enabling professional design according to the latest European norms.
Installation can be performed using any impact wrench with torque impact, with a maximum tightening torque of 650 Nm for size M10. The product is available in packs of 50 pieces in a carton (catalog number: R-HLX-10X090-HF-ZF), facilitating logistics for larger construction projects.
