FF1 Frame Anchor 10x100 mm

The FF1 frame anchor with dimensions 10x100 mm is designed for fastening hard materials such as steel. A special polyamide formula enables achieving the highest parameters in all substrate categories according to ETAG 020 (A, B, C, D).

Construction and geometry

The internal geometry of the sleeve is designed to fit the screw head. The anchor's design ensures multi-axial expansion. The anchor is made of polyamide with a special chemical formula.

The screw is made of carbon steel with a Delta Protekt KL 101 (zinc flake) anti-corrosion coating, which significantly increases corrosion resistance. The hexagonal head allows for higher tightening torque during installation.

Applications

The FF1 system is ideal for installing door and window frames, as well as garage doors and industrial gates. It is used in facades for fastening structural elements made of metal or wood. It is also effective for installing wall cabinets, satellite antennas, wall shelves, and handrails.

The anchor performs excellently under dynamic loads occurring during the installation of gates or facades.

Substrate compatibility

The FF1 anchor is suitable for uncracked and cracked concrete ≥ C12/15 (category A), solid ceramic brick and solid silicate brick (category B), hollow ceramic brick and hollow silicate brick (category C), hollow lightweight concrete blocks, and aerated concrete (category D).

Technical parameters include an anchor diameter of 9.8 mm with a length of 100 mm and a mounting hole diameter of 10 mm. The maximum thickness of the fastened element is 50 mm for an anchorage depth of 50 mm, or 30 mm for an anchorage depth of 70 mm.

Installation

Tightening the hexagonal screw is performed using an SW13 wrench or a T40 socket. Embedment depth markings facilitate precise installation even for less experienced users.

The system provides high pull-out loads while maintaining ease of installation.
