The frame plug is a professional fastener designed for a wide spectrum of construction applications. The special flange design allows for secure fastening of hard materials such as steel, while ensuring compatibility with diverse substrates according to European ETAG 020 guidelines.

High-quality construction and materials

The plug sleeve is made of a special polyamide (nylon), which, thanks to its unique formula, enables achieving the highest parameters in all substrate categories A, B, C, and D. The internal geometry of the sleeve has been precisely designed to fit perfectly with the hex screw head. The design ensures multi-axis expansion, which translates to secure fastening regardless of the direction of the acting forces.

The screw is made of grade 8.8 carbon steel with a Zinc Flake anti-corrosion coating. This special coating significantly increases the corrosion resistance of the metal elements, allowing the plugs to be used even in outdoor conditions exposed to atmospheric factors.

The plug has been tested and certified for the following substrate categories:

• Category A: uncracked concrete ≥ C12/15 and cracked concrete,
• Category B: solid ceramic brick and solid silicate brick,
• Category C: hollow ceramic brick and hollow silicate brick,
• Category D: hollow lightweight concrete blocks and aerated concrete.

Such versatility eliminates the need to select different types of plugs for specific building materials.

European certification and technical parameters

The product holds European certificates ETA-12/0398 and British UKTA-22/6344, confirming its compliance with the highest quality standards. The maximum thickness of the fastened element is 70 mm with a mounting hole diameter of 10 mm. The plug is supplied in a cardboard box containing 25 pieces of the product.

Installation using a 13 mm hex key or a TORX T40 bit.
