Polyamide frame anchor 10x160 mm with flange, zinc flake coated screw, FF1 /25pkg/ R-FF1-N-10K160/DT
Universal anchor for demanding applications
The R-FF1-N frame anchor is a professional solution for fixing hard materials such as steel across a wide range of substrates. A special polyamide formula enables the achievement of the highest performance parameters in all substrate categories according to ETAG 020 (A, B, C, D), making it a universal choice for installers.
Advanced design and materials
The sleeve is made of high-quality polyamide (nylon), which, thanks to a special formula, provides optimal flexibility and strength simultaneously. The internal geometry of the sleeve has been precisely designed to perfectly match the head of a hexagonal screw – a key feature ensuring uniform distribution of installation forces.
The anchor design creates conditions for multi-axial expansion, resulting in secure fixing even under challenging installation conditions. The steel screw with a diameter of 7mm and a length of 169mm features galvanic zinc coating and a special Zinc Flake coating that significantly enhances corrosion resistance.
Installation parameters
The product requires a hole with a diameter of 10mm and a minimum depth of 60mm in the substrate. The effective anchoring depth is 50mm, with a maximum thickness of the fixed element up to 110mm. The tightening torque should not exceed 16 Nm for aerated concrete.
Wide range of applications
The anchor is ideal for installing:
- Door and window frames, as well as garage doors
- Industrial gates and facades with metal/wooden elements
- Wall cabinets, shelves, and handrails
- Satellite antennas and cable trays
It works effectively in concrete ≥ C12/15 (category A), solid ceramic and silicate bricks (B), hollow bricks (C), and lightweight concrete blocks (D).
Compliance with standards and certifications
The solution includes full technical documentation confirming safety parameters, along with ETA-12/0398 and UKTA-22/6344 certifications. It meets the requirements of European standards for mechanical anchors.
Practical aspects of use
Installation is standard – after drilling a Ø10mm hole, the sleeve is hammered through the fixed element to the appropriate depth using a hammer, then tightened with an SW13 hexagonal key until fully seated.
The product is available in cardboard packaging, 25 pieces per pack (total weight approximately 1.55 kg).
