Polyamide frame anchor 10x160 mm with funnel, electro-galvanized screw, FF1 /25pkg/ R-FF1-N-10L160
Universal solution for structural fastenings
The R-FF1-N-10L160 polyamide frame anchor is a professional fastener designed for a wide spectrum of construction applications. The special geometry of the sleeve made of high-quality polyamide and the electro-galvanized steel screw ensure reliable fastening in concrete and various types of bricks. The funnel version allows for an aesthetic flush mounting of the fastener with the surface of the element being attached.
Construction and materials
The anchor sleeve is made of high-quality polyamide, which, according to ETAG 020 standards, achieves the highest parameters in all substrate categories (A, B, C, D). The internal geometry of the sleeve has been precisely designed to fit perfectly with the conical screw head. The steel screw with dimensions 7×167 mm is coated with electro-galvanization, which effectively protects against corrosion throughout long years of operation.
The anchor construction provides multi-axial expansion, which translates into exceptional fastening stability regardless of the direction of the applied force. Thanks to this solution, we achieve secure anchoring for both tension and shear loads.
Applications and compatibility
This universal fastening system works perfectly when mounting door and window frames, where an aesthetic surface finish is required. It is also successfully used in the installation of garage doors and industrial gates, where loads are significantly higher. It also proves effective when mounting facades with metal and wooden elements, as well as installing wall cabinets, shelves, handrails, or satellite antennas.
The anchor is certified for use in various building materials: ordinary concrete ≥C12/15 (category A), solid ceramic brick (category B), hollow ceramic brick (category C), lightweight concrete hollow blocks, and aerated concrete (category D).
Operating parameters and safety
The product has full technical documentation confirming its performance parameters. Certificates ETA-12/0398 and UKTA-22/6344 guarantee structural safety and compliance with European technical standards. The effective anchorage depth is 70 mm, which ensures optimal characteristic load capacity for tension loads.
In the case of ordinary concrete ≥C16/20, the characteristic load capacity for tension loads is 8.5 kN, while for shear loads it reaches 5.4 kN. These parameters allow for the safe mounting of even heavy structural elements.
Installation and instructions
Installing the anchor requires drilling a hole with a diameter of 10 mm to the appropriate depth. The sleeve should be inserted through the hole in the element being attached and tapped with a hammer to the required depth. Then, using a screwdriver or a wrench, tighten the screw until fully seated.
In ceramic hollow bricks and aerated concrete, non-impact drilling should be used to avoid damaging the structure of the substrate material. The maximum thickness of the attached element can be up to 110 mm with an anchorage depth of 50 mm, or up to 90 mm with an anchorage depth of 70 mm.
The package contains 25 pieces of frame anchors ready for immediate use on construction sites or during renovation works.
