Installation parameters for various substrates

The FF1 system achieves high load-bearing parameters particularly in concrete class ≥ C16/20. The effective embedment depth is 70 mm with a hole diameter d0 = 10 mm, ensuring stable anchoring even under dynamic loads.

Simple three-step installation

Installing the FF1 system is intuitive:

1. Drill a hole with a diameter of 10 mm to the required depth
2. Insert the sleeve through the fastened element and tap with a hammer to reach the embedment depth
3. Tighten the FF1 screw with the torque recommended for the given application

Embedment depth markings facilitate precise installation even for less experienced installers.

Compliance with European standards

The system meets the requirements of the European technical assessment standard ETAG 020 for metal anchors for use in concrete and masonry. The certificate confirms the safety of use and the declared load-bearing parameters under various operating conditions.
