The anchor sleeve is made of a special polyamide formula, which allows for achieving the highest parameters in all substrate categories according to the ETAG 020 standard (A | B | C | D). The internal geometry of the sleeve has been precisely designed to fit perfectly with the conical screw head. The anchor construction provides multi-axis expansion, which guarantees secure fastening even in difficult installation conditions.
The screw is made of electro-galvanized steel, which significantly increases corrosion resistance. The electro-galvanized coating protects the steel element from the harmful effects of moisture and atmospheric factors. The T40 type installation tip enables precise installation using appropriate tools.
Application and compatibility
The FF1 anchor works perfectly when fastening door and window frames, where a durable connection is required while maintaining installation aesthetics. It is successfully used for the installation of garage doors and industrial gates, where loads are significant and reliability is key.

The characteristic load capacity for ordinary concrete class C16/20 is 8.5 kN for pull-out loads and 5.4 kN for shear loads. These parameters guarantee safe operation even under significant static loads.
Installation and use
The installation process is simple and intuitive. A hole with a diameter of 10 mm must be drilled to the appropriate depth. Pass the anchor sleeve through the hole in the element being attached and tap it with a hammer to the required embedding depth. Then, using a wrench or screwdriver, tighten the screw until fully seated.
The minimum distance from the substrate edge should be at least 80 mm for size Ø10, and the minimum spacing between anchoring points cannot be less than 95 mm. These requirements ensure the optimal performance of the anchoring system.
