The R-FF1-N-10L300 polyamide frame plug is a professional fastener designed for light and medium applications in construction. The special geometry of the high-quality polyamide sleeve and the electro-galvanized steel screw ensure secure fastening in concrete of minimum class C12/15 and various types of bricks - solid and hollow ceramic, solid and hollow silicate.
Construction and materials
The sleeve is made of a special polyamide formula, which enables achieving the highest fastening parameters in all substrate categories according to ETAG 020 (A, B, C, D). The internal geometry of the sleeve has been precisely designed to fit perfectly with the conical head of the screw. The steel screw with a diameter of 7 mm and a length of 307 mm features an electro-galvanized coating, which provides increased corrosion resistance.
The plug's design guarantees multi-axis expansion, which translates into exceptional fastening stability regardless of the direction of the applied forces. The conical head allows for aesthetic flush mounting with the surface of the fastened element.
Application and compatibility
The application of the plug includes:

The plug is intended for indoor use. The maximum thickness of the fastened element can be 250 mm with an anchorage depth of 50 mm or 230 mm with an anchorage depth of 70 mm.
Operating parameters and safety
In regular concrete of class ≥C16/20, the characteristic pull-out load capacity is 8.5 kN, and the shear capacity is 5.4 kN. The design pull-out load capacity is 4.7 kN, and the recommended is 3.4 kN. In concrete of class ≥C12/15, the characteristic pull-out load capacity is 6.0 kN.
The maximum tightening torque for concrete and masonry substrates is 16 Nm, and for aerated concrete 4.3 Nm. The effective anchorage depth can be 50 or 70 mm depending on design requirements.
Compliance and certificates
The product holds ETA-12/0398 and UKTA-22/6344 certificates, confirming its compliance with European safety standards. The TORX T40 mounting tip guarantees optimal torque transfer during installation.
The minimum thickness of the concrete substrate should be at least 100 mm for size Ø10. The minimum spacing between plugs is 126 mm for regular concrete ≥C16/20 or 133 mm for regular concrete ≥C12/15. The minimum edge distance of the substrate is 80 mm or 80 mm respectively.
