The R-FF1-N frame anchor is a professional fastening element designed for the permanent and secure fixing of steel structures and other hard materials. Thanks to its special polyamide formula, it achieves the highest strength parameters in all substrate categories according to ETAG 020 standards.
Construction and materials ensuring maximum performance
The anchor body made of high-quality polyamide guarantees optimal flexibility and resistance to environmental conditions. The internal geometry of the sleeve has been precisely designed to perfectly match the shape of the screw head, eliminating the risk of stripping during installation.
The design ensures multi-axial expansion, meaning uniform distribution of forces across the entire contact surface with the substrate. The anchor is equipped with a flange, which allows the fastening to be flush with the surface of the mounted element.
The screw made of Zinc Flake coated steel features enhanced corrosion resistance. The zinc flake coating is an advanced anti-corrosion technology providing significantly better protection than standard electro-galvanizing.
Technical parameters and substrate compatibility
The anchor with a diameter of 10 mm and a length of 80 mm is supplied in packages of 50 pieces. The fastening element is equipped with a hexagonal head screw SW13, which requires a mounting hole with a diameter of 10 mm. The minimum anchoring depth is 50 mm, ensuring optimal load transfer.
The anchor is certified for use in:
- Uncracked concrete ≥ C12/15 (category A)
- Cracked concrete ≥ C12/15 (category A)
- Solid ceramic brick HD min. 20MPa (category B)
- Perforated ceramic brick HLZ min. 12MPa (category C)
- Hollow lightweight concrete blocks HBL min. 2MPa (category D)
- Autoclaved aerated concrete AAC min. 5MPa (category D)
