The R-FX-N-06L040-A2 rapid installation dowel is a fastening element made from premium technical nylon. Designed for through-fixing applications in solid building materials, it ensures quick and cost-effective installation using a standard hammer.

Construction and Materials

The dowel body is manufactured from high-quality nylon. Its special funnel-shaped design (mushroom-shaped head) ensures perfect fit against the surface of the mounted element and provides an aesthetically pleasing finish to the joint.

The A2 stainless steel nail guarantees long-term corrosion resistance and suitability for both indoor and outdoor applications. The unique combination of a Pozidriv tip with a threaded shank allows for easy nail removal if disassembly of the element is required.

Installation requires drilling a Ø6mm hole to a minimum depth of 45mm (accounting for the thickness of the mounted element). After inserting the dowel through the mounted element into the prepared hole, drive the nail with a hammer until the surface between the dowel and the nail head is flush.
