FX-N-C 8x60mm Nylon Quick-Install Anchor with Cylindrical Flange
The FX-N-C quick-install anchor with a diameter of 8mm and a length of 60mm is a high-quality nylon fastening element designed for professional installation in various construction substrates. The cylindrical flange ensures stable fixation even with larger hole manufacturing tolerances.
Construction and Materials
The anchor body is made of high-quality nylon, ensuring corrosion resistance and stable performance over time. The cylindrical tip is specially designed to prevent slipping during installation in oversized holes, while simultaneously enabling secure fastening of thin elements without risk of penetration.
The fastening system utilizes a combination of a Pozidriv (PZ) tip with a threaded screw, allowing easy removal of the steel nail if disassembly of the element is required. This design significantly facilitates servicing and modifications of installations.
Application and Compatibility
The FX-N-C anchor is designed for through-fixing installations, making it an ideal solution for a wide range of construction and installation applications:
Approved Substrates
- Concrete (various strength classes)
- Solid brick
- Solid silicate brick
- Hollow silicate brick
- Lightweight concrete block
- Hollow lightweight concrete block
- Aerated concrete block (autoclaved aerated concrete)
Typical Application Areas
- Fixing wooden or metal battens
- Drywall (GK) constructions
- Skirting boards
- Cable clamps
- Pipe clamps
Installation Parameters and Performance
Proper installation requires a hole with a diameter of 8mm and a minimum depth of 45mm. The anchor must be embedded to a minimum installation depth of 40mm, with a minimum substrate thickness of 100mm.
To ensure optimal fastening performance, maintain a minimum spacing between fastening points of 100mm and a minimum edge distance from the substrate edge also of 100mm. These parameters are critical to avoid negative effects of adjacent fastening points on the load-bearing capacity of the entire structure.
The main benefits of using this system include significant reduction of installation time by enabling the use of a hammer instead of traditional mounting tools. This installation method allows for cost-effective serial installation, particularly important in large-scale construction projects.
