The RAWLNUT R-RNT-M6/27 rubber plug is a professional solution for durable fastening in harsh conditions. Made of high-quality synthetic rubber with a brass threaded insert M6, it provides exceptional resistance to vibration and corrosion. The rubber flange seals the anchor point and conforms to the surface.

Construction and materials

The plug body is made of elastic synthetic rubber, which retains its properties over a wide temperature range and is resistant to moisture and aggressive chemical environments. The brass threaded insert M6 ensures a precise connection with standard fasteners.

The plug has a diameter of 13 mm, a total length of 26.7 mm, and a flange thickness of 2 mm. The clamping range is 6-13 mm, allowing for compensation of hole manufacturing tolerances and operation in holes with irregular shapes.

Application and compatibility

The RAWLNUT system works ideally across a wide spectrum of building materials - from soft plasterboard to hard concrete blocks. In a 12.5 mm thick plasterboard, it withstands loads up to 18 kg, and in solid blocks with a strength of 7 N/mm², it achieves a load capacity of 130 kg.

Operating parameters and safety

The flexible design allows operation in both regular and irregular or enlarged holes - the rubber structure conforms to the hole shape while maintaining the seal of the connection. The rubber flange sits flush against the surface of the base material.

Installation follows a simple procedure: drill a hole of the appropriate diameter (for solid materials, to a depth equal to the screw length), clean the hole edges, insert the plug until it stops against the flange, place the component to be fastened, and tighten the screw until a stable fixation is achieved without excessive pressure.
