Universal plug 12x60mm 4ALL /20pkg/ 4ALL-12
Universal expansion plug for any building material
The 4ALL universal plug with a diameter of 12 mm and a length of 60 mm is a high-quality nylon expansion element that works in every type of substrate - from concrete to plasterboard. Thanks to its patented design with four-way expansion, it ensures maximum grip and fastening durability even in the most difficult conditions.
Design and materials
Made of high-quality nylon resistant to aging and weather conditions, the plug retains its properties for many years of use. The ribbed surface significantly improves anchoring in the hole, increasing pull-out strength. Anti-rotation wings prevent the plug from spinning during installation - this is particularly important in soft masonry substrates and plasterboard.
A special sleeve split line has been designed to achieve the largest possible contact surface after the sleeve expands in hollow substrates and plasterboard. The internal geometry facilitates stable screw guidance and increases the overall stability of the entire fastening.
Application and compatibility
The 4ALL universal plug was created as one element for all types of building materials. It works well in concrete (including aerated concrete), solid and perforated brick, ceramic and concrete blocks, natural stone, and wood. It performs particularly well in plasterboard - both single (12,5 mm) and double (2×12,5 mm).
In practice, it is used for mounting bathroom accessories, wall cabinets and brackets, electrical installations, mailboxes, and lighting. It is also ideal for mounting TV mounts - i.e., elements requiring particular stability.
Operating parameters and safety
For correct installation, a hole with a diameter of 12 mm and a minimum depth of 70 mm must be drilled. The plug achieves an effective anchoring depth of 60 mm, which ensures high characteristic load capacity. The minimum substrate thickness must be 90 mm, and the minimum spacing between plugs must be 120 mm.
Screws with a diameter of 9,0-11,0 mm and a minimum length of 65 mm are recommended. The product has a National Technical Assessment KOT-2022/2086 and meets the requirements of European standards.
Installation and operation
The installation process is extremely simple: drill a hole with the recommended diameter and depth, place the 4ALL plug in the hole, and press it until the collar is seated. Then, insert the appropriate screw with the recommended diameter through the mounted element and tighten it while maintaining constant pressure.
The finished fastening should be flush with the substrate surface. Thanks to its solid construction, it ensures strength after installation and aesthetic, even seating thanks to the limiting collar. The plug is available in cardboard packaging of 20 pieces, making it an economical choice for both professionals and DIY enthusiasts.
