The 4ALL universal plug with diameter 14 mm and screw 10.0x100 mm is a high-quality nylon expansion system designed for professional fastening in any type of substrate. Its unique internal construction ensures stable screw guidance, while special ribbing enhances grip within the mounting hole.

Construction and four-directional expansion system

The system is based on a unique four-directional expansion design, enabling application in any substrate type—from hard concrete to soft masonry materials. Anti-rotation wings are a key element reinforcing the plug's grip, particularly effective in hollow substrates and gypsum plasterboard.

The sleeve's split line has been precisely engineered to achieve maximum contact surface area with the substrate upon screw tightening. This solution significantly increases load-bearing capacity in hollow materials and gypsum plasterboard (G-K). The specially shaped ribbing further strengthens the plug's adhesion to the hole walls, eliminating the risk of rotation during installation.

The minimum substrate thickness is 105 mm, and the minimum spacing between fastening points is 140 mm for concrete or 210 mm for other materials.

The characteristic pull-out load value for concrete C20/25-C50/60 is 5.50 kN, while the shear load reaches the same value. For solid brick of minimum class 20 MPa, these parameters are 6.00 kN respectively. In the case of gypsum plasterboard with a thickness of 2×12.5 mm, the characteristic load capacity is 5.50 kN.
